The challenge

Every new client meant onboarding their domains, warming new inboxes, building ICP-specific sequences, and watching deliverability daily. Each new client took two weeks to ramp. Cadence's growth wasn't capped by demand — it was capped by ops capacity. They were turning down clients in a market that wanted them.

The solution

The challenge

Synapse was founded on the bet that AI SDRs would outperform human ones on the right ICP. The bet worked — but to deliver it they were duct-taping six tools together (sequencing, dialing, enrichment, scheduling, deliverability, attribution). Integration drag turned a healthy unit economic into a thin one. They couldn't scale.

The solution

Replaced the six-tool stack with Polluxa CRM. The SDR Agent runs research, qualification, sequencing and meeting booking on one workspace per client. Each AE supervises 12 client engagements in parallel — same caseload they used to manage at 3 clients on the old stack.

The outcome

Caseload per AE jumped 4×. Cost per booked meeting dropped 41% (no more integration tax, no more tool stack). Replied-prospect NPS — measured by post-meeting buyer survey — rose 18 points, because the SDR Agent never sends a follow-up that contradicts a previous one.
